Needless to say, this has caused, and is sure to cause, much discussion. Here are some of the more pertinent links, in no particular order:
- The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's coverage of it.
- Rob Henken, President of the PPF, posted his explanation of the report.
- The Business Journal's coverage of the report.
- Rob Henken's take, again, this time via WisPolitics.com.
- Greater Milwaukee Committee's press release.
- Milwaukee County First's very preliminary analysis.
- County Board Chairman Lee Holloway's press release.
- Business Journal again, this time covering Holloway's take.
- The Editorial Board of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel showing that they really don't know what they are talking about.
- Milwaukee County First calling out the MJS-EB and making some realistic suggestions to get the ball rolling.
I find it interesting that Mike Grebe, Walker's campaign manager, is chair of the commission. Is this in any way a conflict of interest?
ReplyDeleteLandon,
ReplyDeleteThere are all sorts of questionable relationships and events that are happening. Whether they are illegal, I don't know, but there is mostly definitely an appearance of things being unethical.
