    Capper, can you tell me why county employees still have to do a furlough even though the county budget has a surplus of $9 million? I mean $9 million is a lot of money.

    The $9 million was from last year's budget. This year, he is aiming for a $20 million deficit. Action has been taken by the union to recoup the money he stole from the workers last year. The tax payers will just love that one.
