Whether it's Scott Walker, Mitt Rmoney or Paul Ryan, the fact is that Republicans are masters at obfuscation and will make something as detrimental as Ryan's plan for Medicare and disguise that it's only another way to soak the people in order to centralize the wealth among the already super rich.
