Michrob/LitVo/ Vojens/ RoMI

One term assembly person Michelle Litjens, whose claim to fame was attending "tea parties" and complaining about the protestors in the Capitol:

After her one undistinguished term she decided NOT to run for re-election so she could focus on her family

First-term state Rep. Michelle Litjens, R-Vinland, announced Tuesday that she will not seek re-election for her seat in the 56th Assembly District."Faced with a decision to pour my heart into another campaign or focus my time on my teenagers and family, I decided family had to be my priority," Litjens said. "You only get a few short years with kids in high school and I don't want to miss watching them grow up."

Who knew that Robin Vos was her family?

  1. Didn't look like he was paying much attention to her but we wonder where they were coming from and where they were going to? Was she in Madison taking care of her children that she "doesn't want to miss watching grow up?"
The Catholic religion sure has changed in the last few years.

  2. Does this explain why Vos needs his private office with it's hidden entrance?

Note to self: When considering the purchase of my first video camera be sure to buy one with a low-light capability and an attachable, highly-directional microphone.

    1. Did Vos have visions of sweeping Michelle off her feet and carrying her up the desired spiral staircase ala Rhett Butler in some cheap romance novel? Good thing fellow Assembly members put the kibosh on that little budget item.

  3. What is wrong with you bloggers?
By now you should know the most important thing in the world.
    Family values!

  4. One of them looks an awful lot like a "lady of the evening." Maybe both?
This "Family Values" crap has got to stop. Almost every legislatue in Madison is divorced. This is how the Republicans lead by example? And now they want to push that example into our schools so we can teach our children to be like them. Not my kids!!

  5. She is a single mom as well.

Does Grothman smear her w/the same garbage he attempts to smear the rest of us with?... I'm just recalling his continuous spewing about how all of us are complicit in child endangerment, criminals etc...

It must be all of that Republican Negative Charisma.
    Eeeww

  6. She had such promise. She was being groomed to follow after Tom Petri but she has decided to follow after Rep Vos? I can't imagine the governor wants these two in his inner circle.

  7. Why did Michelle Litjens misspell her first name as "Michell" in her divorce court filing? That made looking her up on WiCourts.gov harder, but not impossible.

What does allegedly devout Roman Catholic Litjens think of Robin Vos' attitude toward birth control? "To say I am against birth control is to say I am against water." That is a slutty attitude not at all compatible with Family Values.

What do Litjens’ children think of her new lifestyle?

    1. Do you really think Vos wants to have sex with a woman (not that there's anything wrong with that)? And, do you really think Michelle Litjens enjoys having sex? Not that this would be a "union of convenience" or anything like that!

  8. Michelle the Beard.

    1. Supposedly, according to someone close to Vos's staff...again SUPPOSEDLY, Scott Suder was the "beard" traveling to Las Vegas covering for Vos...and ?

Three guesses who the ? is and the first two guesses don't count.

    2. Please explain what you are talking about.

    3. Urban Dictionary:
Beard: a man or woman used as cover for a gay partner.
Vegas? There was a republican power struggle....
      Suder and ??

    4. The stories from Scott Suder’s ex-girlfriends are astounding. There are no “Family” or “Values” to be found. Nothing says “integrity” like the Republican Majority Leader of the Wisconsin State Assembly having credit cards with a phony name. How does this sleazebag get reelected?

I can see why Robin Vos and Scott Suder are “Soul Mates.” But I don’t understand why Michelle Litjens is “in bed” with these scoundrels. Either lust or greed or both got the best of her. Having known Litjens socially, her descent into “Sin” is absolutely contrary to what she preached. On the other hand, I always thought she was full of it.

    5. Greed? Lust (with Vos? ewww)? Power? This is just Madison immorality rearing its extremely ugly head. To submit your teenage children to this kind of role modelling is appalling and confusing. Especially from one of the leading Christian Catholics in the Republican party. Say a prayer for her children. They will need it.

  9. Really. She passed highschool English and doesn't know enough to use 2 for too while texting? instead of "to"

  10. Cut her a break. She is a single mom trying to keep some connection to Madison while raising two teenagers (but please keep her children out of it).
Think that she got caught up in the Act 10 protests worse than any legis down there (death threats) and Vos probably offered his protection, and a glass of wine or two. Now she is trapped into his web and will have to figure out how to break away to be herself: A Christian Conservative that lives what she preaches. A tough task while under Vos's power grabbing influence. We wish her well.

    1. I wonder what Litjens thinks of Republican Glenn Grothman's claim that single mothers are committing child abuse. Litjens should be at home, not in Madison walking with Vos into his private office.

      Delete
    2. Pretty sure she'd rather be with her children but I bet Vos sets the rules, especially now that her new business is "political fundraising and consulting." For the Republican legislatures? Who all work for Vos? And who controls the Republican candidate PAC money? And who changed the rule so they can raise money during budget debate?
      Nothing to see here.
Is it legal for her to be in his office discussing campaign financing? Or, worse yet, to be doing something else?

    3. Michelle Litjens was the one who claimed she was not running for reelection because, "Faced with a decision to pour my heart into another campaign or focus my time on my teenagers and family, I decided family had to be my priority. You only get a few short years with kids in high school and I don't want to miss watching them grow up."

Now it turns out she is "working" nights in Madison, an hour and a half from her home, inside Robin Vos' private Capitol office. If Vos is pulling her strings, then Litjens better grow some courage and live the life she claims she wants to live.

Otherwise she is just another hypocritical "Family Values" Republican.

But you already knew she is.

I wonder what Reince and Scotty think of Robin and Michelle.

    4. Hell, the scuttlebut about Robin and Michelle was out a long time ago. Why do you think Litjens had all her divorce records "sealed"? And, why do you think that Robin's wife took off to Idaho, divorcing him?

    5. Considering how judgmental Litjens is, her judgment is deeply suspect for going into Robin Vos’ private office at night considering how rumors about her and Vos being an item have been around for a year.

  11. If Vos and Litjens get their vaginal probe bill AND their voucher school bills pushed through, the Catholic church will give both an annulment, no? How convenient.

  12. You guys have it partially right. After Wisconsin Republicans start losing seats in the 2014 election, Vos & Litjens will combine their real estate investments and turn that over to a management firm. Then, they go for the big bucks, setting up shop as lobbyists using Vos's ALEC corp contacts and Reince's contacts via RNC. Vos is always thinking one step ahead...

    1. Christian Conservatives are very good at these matters. I feel badly for her teenage kids. Hope her ex-husband can give them a better role model. Don't think any of us would want our son to have Robin Vos as his role model.

  13. Does this mean Michelle Litjens is helping Rep Vos with his "tools"?

  14. Doesn't Robin Vos know what happened to ex GOP Senator Randy Hopper when he got his sweetie a cushy job in the Walker administration that paid more than the previous job holder? I predict the mainstream media will be all over this in 5-4-3-3-2.....

  15. Litjens new business is Michelle Litjens, LTD. She specializes in political fundraising and political consulting. Campaign funding laws just might need to be reviewed so that we know what goes on during EVERY visit to his office. A new John Doe? Jane Doe? Vos controls all of the Republican PAC money and he is meeting with a professional fundraiser in his office. I don't think he can do that. Reviewing the last twelve months of emails could make for an interesting read. Maybe our soon-to-be former Speaker could share a cell with our soon-to-be former Governor.

    1. So, then, Michelle Litjens LIED to voters when she said she wanted to stay at home with her kids? I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

  16. Who's to say whether or not Vos's own staffers are recording his little meetings as revenge. I hear, strictly rumor of course, that his staffers don't like working for him.

  17. They're not exactly keeping their relationship a secret. At the inauguration day festivities, they were seen canoodling at the bar and then Vos said it was time for them to go to Litjen's hotel room.

    1. Because that is what good "family values" Catholics do, apparently. That the Catholic church should even consider giving these two annulments is appalling.

  18. Guess that is OK if you have enough power to tell everyone to look the other way. Wonder what stories her kids are hearing at Catholic school and if she tells them how she spends her nights in Madison. Does she leave them home alone for their few short years in high school?
And we still are paying for Samantha's health insurance? Are we paying for Litjens too?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The word is that Vos's wife, Samantha, is really ill, and, that they haven't divorced because she would lose her Wisconsin taxpayer-funded health insurance when they divorce. SO...Samantha continues to be covered under Robin's health insurance plan (paid for by taxpayers) UNTIL such time as ObamaCare is rolled out in Wisconsin. THEN, the Vos's can get divorced...and taxpayers pay for Samantha's healthcare insurance the full time...while millionaire Robin Vos, the husband who is supposed to take personal responsibility for his wife...doesn't take any personal responsibility. That makes Robin Vos a major TAKER.
